Long Summary: The President of the The Joes, including Snake-Eyes,
are gathered in The Pit. Roadblock has
discovered his new heavy machine gun, the XM-312. The Joes continue there suspicions of the
mysterious Snake-Eyes. Hawk confronts
him about recognizing him. Stalker
steps in when he realizes that Snake-Eyes was the
one who left him in a prison in Azbekistan. Stalker attempts to hit Snake-Eyes several
times, Snake-Eyes avoids all punches and the just puts his fingers right into
his chest to simulate that he would have been dead, if Snake-Eyes wanted
that. Stalker gets the point. Then he also comes clean that he told him
to Snake-Eyes to leave him in that prison. Elsewhere, Black Dragon Six
takes out a couple of National Guard jets.
Zartan, who has taken over the identity of a
security guard, works with Firefly to steal the Constitution. The Baroness attacks the The Joes travel to Several viper ambushes ensue: Stalker, Duke and Lade-Jaye’s
group handle it easily. Roadblock,
Rock ‘n’ Roll, and Hawk’s group just avoid a grenade attack. And Scarlett, Doc
and Beach Head’s group get cornered in an alley and the issue ends with Beach
Head’s mask on the ground, a spent bullet shell bouncing past the mask, and
