Short Summary:

Rock N Roll and Snake Eyes are sent to Saudi Arabia to apprehend Firefly.  The Cobra Saboteur has taken control of a major oil field, Alqaiq, and is threatening to blow it up if Cobra’s demands are not met.

Long Summary:

 

The Joe team is still incarcerated.  Rock N Roll is dreaming of him and his girlfriend on surfboards.  Her dream-self reminds him that she in fact is already dead, killed during the destruction of the Golden Gate Bridge.

 

In Saudi Arabia, Firefly ambushes a train that his cohorts have stashed his vehicle and equipment on.  He takes out the guards at the Alqaiq oil field, seizing control.

 

Meanwhile, a general takes the Joes from their cell and sends Rock N Roll to capture Firefly.  Snake Eyes joins him on the mission.  Rock N Roll suspects that Firefly is the one that blew up the Golden Gate Bridge and is out to get him for revenge.

 

Destro and the Baroness depart for the Pacific from Scotland.  This will be addressed in issue 6.

 

Rock N Roll and Snake Eyes track down Firefly.  Rock N Roll captures Firefly. 

 

Snake Eyes walks by a tent with communication equipment.  Cobra Commander is on a view screen and recognizes Snake Eyes.  Snake Eyes destroys the equipment.  Back in Virginia, Cobra Commander assigns Storm Shadow to recapture Snake Eyes, bring him back “home.”
