I can't believe B&N had this the other day, but my real surprise was in the content. No 6 or 7? Weird ... awful weird to hold out on two issues, I mean, it seems unlikely they'll end up in TPB's. I have them, so I'm not worried ... but it's still weird.

In the interest of all the ridiculous lists I make to try to have continuity all synced up though ... it is nice to get proper names.

SS#4 - Solo: Chapter 4

What the two Alcazar issues are supposed to be called, I dunno if I'll ever find out.

2013, NEW SPRITES!

One of my friends gave me his JOE collection to sell recently, and I saw he had this whole run of books. Sat down at lunch yesterday and read them.

They went from being just another pile of comics to read to an incredible piece of work on Larry's part. Wow. I was not expecting to love this series as much as I did.

And despite its cancellation, it has a decent ending and I don't really mind that they never picked back up on the whole Night Creeper Leader angle again. The stories that wrapped the series up were JUST THAT DAMN GOOD.

Needless to say, when I sell my friend's comics, these 7 issues may not be part of it......



The reason I never bought this TPB, by the way. Shame, DDP!

Although now I know another good reason: doesn't include #6 and 7.
