Now that Origins is an on-going with a rotating writing and art staff.
Who would you like to see write an issue or two and what character would you like to see them do?
For me, I want to see Paul Jenkins do a couple issues focused on Flint.

writer: Mr. Hama <of course> artist: Mr. Atkins <of course> character: Low Light! by far one of my top 5 fav guys. he is under used and explored. i'd like to see how he was pulled in the joe's. some of his back story in flashbacks and finish it up with him on his first joe mission, preferably one we havnt seen before.

Beach Head has always been my favorite and he's being covered (yay!). I am also a fan of Lowlight and I would also like to see Lady Jaye in Origins. It would be a dream come true to have an issue penciled by Mike Golden.

i want to play again.
joe colton and his camelot larry hama
lady jaye, cover girl, some other lady of diaster j scott campbell
i'd also really love seeing skar involved in this universe written by david s lane, greg sepelak, and s. trent troop
i feel that this new universe has room for cobra, skar, the red shadows, mars, etc
plus, i wouldn't mind seeing matt tracker come into the fray now that he has an official gi joe action figure of himself.
thanks, phil!

Writer: Clive Cussler Characters: Shipwreck, Torpedo, Deep-Six
Nice little nautical-themed adventure there.
Writer: Joe Hill Character: Firefly
Firefly has got to be a little disturbed. He's a saboteur, after all. Why not have the writer/creator of "Locke and Key" tell the tale of his origin?

I don't know how likely it would be, but I'd love to see Ian Churchill working on one of the Joe titles. I've been a fan of his work ever since his run in the first Cable series for Marvel.

I am a big fan of Navy SEALs so I would totally love to see a story with Torpedo and Wet-Suit... maybe even Shipwreck. How about the early Joe team is going on a water based mission and takes a couple of SEALs along (Torpedo and Wet-Suit) who end up joining later. It is ORIGINS, right?
Sticking with the trend of using authors, I would pick Kevin Dockery to write it. He has written numerous historical and fictional books with and about Navy SEALs. He knows that world and I really enjoy his work.
Artists are tough, cause I like so many of them! My top 3 choices for this story would be: Tom Raney, Josh Medors, Mike Zeck.
Of course I would be thrilled to have Atkins on art and Tom Feister do the cover!
